Our customers, when making a purchase on the site, declare that they are aware of the Exchange and Returns Policy of our company. All occurrences involving exchange or return must be communicated by email: contato@futclassics.com.br
 

• For international buyers (out of Brazil) we recommend contact our team to solve any issue. It is very important to solve all doubts before making your purchase to avoid returns or exchanges due to higher shipping costs involved

• The exchange period is 7 calendar days from the date you receive the item(s)

• Both in the Exchange or Return, the product must be sent in the original packaging, with the
tag(s) intact;  
 

• The piece must not show signs of use, signs of washing, or have undergone any alteration by the customer that diverges from the originality.
 

• In case of return, the refund will be made in the total value of the returned product(s);
